Terms of Service Summary and Client Acknowledgment

1. Non-Clinical Services
I understand that Broadview Collective LLC provides non-clinical coaching, mentoring, educational workshops, and facilitated group discussions related to career, retirement, and other life transitions. Services are not psychotherapy, mental health counseling, medical treatment, crisis intervention, legal advice, financial advice, or employment-placement services.

2. Client Responsibility and No Guarantees
I understand that coaching results depend on my participation, decisions, actions, circumstances, and other factors outside Broadview Collective LLC’s control. Broadview Collective LLC does not guarantee job placement, employment, salary increases, financial results, or any particular personal or professional outcome.

3. Records and Privacy
I am responsible for taking and retaining my own session notes. Broadview Collective LLC does not record sessions and does not routinely create or retain substantive coaching notes or session summaries. Basic booking, communication, consent, payment, and transaction records may be retained for operational, legal, tax, security, and recordkeeping purposes. Information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Payments, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
Payments are due when a session is scheduled and are generally nonrefundable. A client may reschedule a session through Calendly by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time and missed sessions are not eligible for a refund or credit.

If Broadview Collective LLC must cancel a session, the client may choose to reschedule or receive a refund of the amount paid for that session.

5. Group Participation and Confidentiality
Group participants are expected to respect the privacy of others and not disclose information shared during a session. Broadview Collective LLC cannot guarantee that every participant will maintain confidentiality.

6. Florida Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. To the extent permitted by law, any legal proceeding arising from the services will be brought in a court of appropriate jurisdiction in Santa Rosa County, Florida.

7. Acknowledgment
By checking the acknowledgment box and completing a booking, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the Professional Coaching Disclaimer, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and applicable cancellation and refund terms.
