5. No Client Coaching Files
Broadview Collective LLC does not maintain individual client coaching files. Sessions are not recorded, and Broadview Collective LLC does not create or retain coaching notes, progress notes, assessments, treatment records, or session summaries.
Clients are responsible for taking and retaining their own notes and materials.
Limited administrative information may remain within the systems used to operate the business. This may include booking details, contact information, communications, payment and refund records, attendance information, and records showing acceptance of applicable terms and policies.
