Broadview Collective LLC provides non-clinical coaching, mentoring, educational workshops, and facilitated group discussions intended to support personal, career, retirement, and other life transitions.

Services provided by Broadview Collective LLC are not psychotherapy, counseling, mental health treatment, medical care, crisis intervention, legal advice, financial advice, or employment-placement services. Participation does not create a therapist-client, healthcare-provider, attorney-client, or financial-advisor relationship.

Coaching is a collaborative process designed to encourage reflection, identify options, and support practical next steps. Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, well-being, and results. Broadview Collective LLC does not guarantee any particular personal, professional, financial, or employment outcome.

Participants should seek assistance from an appropriately licensed professional when their needs fall outside the scope of coaching. Group participants are expected to respect one another’s privacy. Broadview Collective LLC will take reasonable steps to establish confidentiality expectations; however, it cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain the confidentiality of information shared during a group session.

By scheduling or participating in a service, client acknowledges and accepts the non-clinical nature and limitations of the services described above.
